Patient Assessments
Blue Ridge Home Care offers assessment programs to assist physician in early detection of disease states and ongoing management of patient health. We also offer patient teaching and material to help patients, patient families, and healthcare providers to better understand prescribed therapies and treatments.
Heart Matters:
Heart Matters is the name of our program for Congestive Heart Failure patients. Blue Ridge Home Care provides educational materials and tools to assist patients in better understanding and managing their disease.
RediCheck:
RediCheck is the name of our program used for Respiratory, Evaluation, and Disease Intervention. RediChecks are preformed to evaluate and/or monitor the status of our patients disease state and progression. These activities are part of the care and treatment of all our patients.
Oximetry:
Oximetry is used for measuring and displaying functional oxygen saturation of arterial hemoglobin and pulse rate. It is intended for spot-checking and/or continuous monitoring of oxygen saturation and is a tool to insure proper treatment.
